What to Expect at
Your First Visit
At your first appointment you will receive a comprehensive evaluation by one of our dentists, a professional cleaning and, if necessary, digital X-rays to complete your diagnosis. We will also perform a periodontal assessment to evaluate the health of your gums.
Dental Records & X-Rays
To ensure a complete first visit, we need your medical history and any previous dental X-rays.
Please contact your former dental office and ask them to send your records directly to our office.
If we do not receive this information in advance, new X-rays will be taken during your initial appointment.

Billing & Insurance
We want your experience with us to be smooth from start to finish! That’s why we offer fast, secure online payment options and a helpful billing team ready to assist you.
Most of our providers are contracted with Delta Dental Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other out-of-network insurance plans, our billing team will gladly assist you with claim submissions, appealing denials and any billing questions you may have.
